Taking a business centric perspective as a trusted advisor; counselling them on how they can accelerate their IT transformation, while balancing the need for consistent delivery to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. He has particular expertise in leadership of major IT transformation programmes, including cloud, data centre consolidation, outsourcing and helping drive the cultural change associated with such change initiatives.
